At Brady People ID, we pride ourselves on being able to offer the largest product offering and most on-hand inventory in the industry. Our warehouses allow us to have all of your favorite products on-site and ready to ship in hours.
In the interest of expanding that offering to include even more inventory on-site and providing new customization options, we are moving our warehouse from our current location in Branford, Connecticut, to a new warehouse, production and customization facility in Tijuana, Mexico, with a fulfillment and distribution center in San Diego, California.
This move is being made for a variety of reasons, but the key points are as follows:
- Our new facility is larger, allowing us to increase our already market-leading domestic inventory and giving you access to even more products to offer to your customers.
- The Tijuana facility will feature new machines that will enable us to offer digital printing services in the near future. These tools will allow us to customize hundreds of products that were formerly only available standard, creating a wealth of opportunities for you in many new markets.
- The move allows us to extend our same-day shipping deadline to 4 PM EST. Orders placed by that time will be sent out on the same day, providing further flexibility to our partners and their customers.
- The majority of partners will see their delivery schedule either remain the same or improve. For ship-to locations in the northeast, standard delivery times may extend. However, we are willing to go above and beyond to work with these partners to ensure all needs are met.
We believe that the end result of this change will be a more efficient order process from start to finish. Our partners will benefit from this change through a broader on-site product offering, an advantage that can be passed on to your customers. Partners will also see later shipping deadlines and more customization options, with little to no negative repercussions.
