At Brady People ID, we think our people help us stand out from the crowd. Nowhere is that more apparent than with our customer service team, a group that works hard on a daily basis to ensure that the needs of our partners and their customers are met.

Our customer service team works out of our Billerica, Mass. office, communicating with our partners on a daily basis. From processing orders to getting answers to partner questions, our customer service team does it all.

We realize that most organizations will say their customer service team is the best. However, at Brady People ID, we truly mean it: the work done by our customer service team sets us apart. Here’s what makes our team stand out:

  • We’re based in the U.S.: When you call the contact number listed at the top of this page, you aren’t getting outsourced to a call center overseas. Instead, the phone will ring at our office just outside of Boston, Mass., and a member of our customer service team will be ready to greet you on the other end of the line.
  • We know our partners: Our customer service representatives take the time to get to know our partners. We know what our partners order from us, and know enough to look into an order more deeply if something seems amiss. We also work hard to anticipate our partners’ needs, ensuring that we’re there for them at all times.
  • We know our products: Our team knows our product offering inside and out. If our partners have questions about products or services, our customer service representatives will do their best to get our partners the answers they need. If they can’t find the answer on their our, our team will work with our product managers to get our partners as much information as possible.
